Recipe:
In a large mizing bowl whisk together:
1 cup flour
2 eggs
Gradually add in:
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
Add:
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tablespoons melted butter
Beat until smooth
Heat a lightly oiled griddle. Pour approx. 1/4 cup of batter into pan, tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the butter coats the surface evenly. Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. SERVE HOT.
CREPE FILLING:
Blend:
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
Spoon filling into center of crepe. Fold and top with fruit and powdered sugar.
