We read the Gettysburg Address... and yes.. I cried. 
Ford's Theatre where President Lincoln was assasinated.

Your trip looks like it was a LOT of fun!
Definitely fun! And I like the new background a lot too!
This was definatley my favorite time of the trip.
If I'd stopped to think about it, I'd probably like this part of D.C. best, too. Abraham Lincoln is someone I would have liked to meet out of history.
