I just LOVE to make pie!! My favorite part is the crust... 
Although, I like cutting the fruit, too...

Your pie crust is perfect! How in the world do you do that? I love to make (and eat!) pie, but mine always fall apart. Especially if I use wheat flour...

I might have to do a post on pie crusts sometime. It took me a long time to figure out all the little secrets to a nice pie crust!! I practiced and practiced!! But, that was years ago...
