Since replacing or tearing it up is not an option we had to work with it.
A lot of our living room furniture is black... And we also had a lot of burgundy things.
We covered the rocking chair with the burgundy.

What cute pillows :) Have you thought about those very inexpensive carpet rugs they sell at Target and Home Depot? I had one for a while, and it was a cheap way to cover up a not so attractive floor!
